It Would Have Made A Better Story If 'Dog The Bounty Hunter' Nabbed Dog-Hoarder

It's the makings of a really bad TV movie. A Kern County dog hoarder possibly using the name of a dead Boston Globe journalist goes into hiding over the summer after being accused of animal cruelty. She's tracked down by a bounty hunter and is tackled and arrested. Cats are found in a nearby hotel room.

But wouldn't the TV movie version have been better had "Dog the Bounty Hunter" been involved?

Imagine all the muscles, bad hair and terrible dialogue. Would it do poorly in the ratings? Just think of the conflict: how a man named Dog might deal with a woman accused of animal abuse who had 60 dogs and cats rescued from her property?

KBAK reported the woman who went by the name Anita Gilbert is in custody. They said she was turned over to Van Nuys police Thursday night by bounty hunters.
